3. Information we collect

Information you give us directly. When you request a Resource, complete a form, book a call, or reply to us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, company or business name, job title or role, and any property, portfolio, project, budget, or market details you choose to enter into a form, questionnaire, or calculator.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our pages we and our service providers may collect your IP address, approximate location derived from it, browser and device type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, links clicked, time spent, and similar usage data. This is collected through cookies, pixels, tags, SDKs, and server logs.

Information from third parties. We may receive information about you from advertising platforms, analytics providers, referral partners, and publicly available business sources, and we may combine it with information we already hold.

We do not intentionally collect Social Security numbers, government ID numbers, financial account numbers, health information, or other sensitive categories of personal information through these pages. Please do not submit them.

4. How we use information

We use the information described above to:

deliver the Resource you requested and provide access to it;

respond to your questions, requests, and inquiries;

send you marketing emails and, where you have opted in, text messages about our services, content, and offers;

personalize the content, offers, and follow-up you receive;

operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve our sites and Resources;

measure the performance of our marketing, including which pages and ads produce sign-ups;

build audiences and run advertising on third-party platforms, subject to the limits in Section 7;

evaluate potential engagements and prepare proposals if you become a prospective client; and

comply with law, enforce our Terms & Conditions, and protect our rights, users, and systems.

5. Legal bases (visitors in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland)

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process personal data on these bases: consent (marketing emails and texts, non-essential cookies); contract (delivering a Resource you asked for); legitimate interests (site security, analytics, improving our offerings, direct B2B marketing); and legal obligation (recordkeeping and responding to lawful requests). Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting processing already carried out.

6. Email and text message communications

When you request a Resource you are opting in to receive follow-up emails from us. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also unsubscribe by emailing [CONTACT EMAIL]. We may still send you transactional messages, such as the delivery of a Resource you requested.

If you provide a mobile number and consent to text messages, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all categories of information sharing described in this policy and are not shared with any third party except the messaging providers that transmit messages on our behalf.

7. How we share information

We share information in the following circumstances, and not otherwise:

Service providers. We use vendors that process information on our behalf under contract, including our CRM, landing page, form, and marketing automation platform (HighLevel / LeadConnector), email and SMS delivery providers, website and file hosting and CDN providers, scheduling and calendar tools, analytics providers, and cloud storage. They may use your information only to provide services to us.

Advertising and analytics partners. Our pages may include pixels or tags from platforms such as Meta, Google, and LinkedIn that allow us to measure campaign performance and show ads to you or to similar audiences. Under some U.S. state privacy laws this may be considered "sharing" or "targeted advertising." See Section 11 for how to opt out.

Professional advisors. Attorneys, accountants, and insurers, where reasonably necessary.

Legal and safety. Where we believe disclosure is required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or is necessary to investigate fraud, enforce our agreements, or protect the rights, property, or safety of any person.

Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to this policy.

We do not sell your personal information for money.

8. Cookies and tracking technologies

We use strictly necessary cookies to operate our pages, and analytics, functional, and advertising cookies and pixels to understand usage and measure marketing. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of many advertising cookies through the platforms' own settings or through industry tools such as optout.aboutads.info and youradchoices.com. Blocking some cookies may affect how our pages function.

9. Retention

We keep contact and lead information for as long as needed for the purposes described above and for our legitimate business records, and thereafter as required by law. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your information, we will keep a minimal suppression record so that we do not contact you again.

10. Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Your privacy rights

U.S. state residents. Depending on your state (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, and others with comparable laws), you may have the right to know or access the personal information we hold about you, to request correction or deletion, to receive a portable copy, to opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or sharing, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To exercise them, email [CONTACT EMAIL] with the subject line "Privacy Request." We honor Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out of sale/sharing where required.

EEA, UK, and Swiss residents. You may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal data, to data portability, to withdraw consent, and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

We will verify your identity before responding, may ask for additional information to do so, and will respond within the time required by applicable law. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with proof of authorization.

12. International transfers

We are based in the United States and our service providers are primarily located there. If you access our pages from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

13. Children

Our sites and Resources are directed to business professionals and are not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

14. Third-party sites

Our pages may link to third-party websites and tools we do not control. Their privacy practices are their own, and we are not responsible for them. Review their policies before providing information.

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will change the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice where required. Continued use of our sites after an update means you accept the revised policy.
